Please send the duly signed Account Opening Forms together with certified true copy of required supporting documents to our Office

For the purpose of identity verification, you must choose either one of the procedures below:

1.Provide a crossed personal cheque of HKD10,000. The cheque must fulfil the below requirements:

i. Made payable to the relevant Company names;

- Huajin Securities (International) Limited (for Securities Account)

- Huajin Futures (International) Limited (for Futures Account)

- Simply provide one cheque to us if you are going to open more than one type of account.

ii. A personal cheque drawn on a licensed bank in Hong Kong; and

iii. Bear identical name and signature as shown on Account Opening Form.

2.Certified all mailed documents by suitable certifiers (e.g. a licensed or registered person, a Justice of the Peace, or a professional person such as certified public accountant, lawyer or notary public.) The suitable certifier must sign and date the copy documents (printing his/her name clearly in capitals underneath) and clearly indicate his/her position or capacity on it. The suitable certifier must state that the copies documents is a true copy of the original documents (or words to similar effect).
